Arrive in India

Welcome to India! Arrive at any time; your arrival transfer is included through Women With Wheels, a G Adventures–supported project. Meet your CEO and fellow travellers for a welcome briefing, where your leader will introduce the journey ahead and answer any initial questions. Then, head out on an orientation walk around the hotel area to get your bearings and start soaking in the local atmosphere. In the evening, enjoy a group welcome dinner at a handpicked local restaurant, offering your first taste of regional cuisine and a chance to connect with your fellow travellers.

Explore Delhi

Begin your day with a visit into Old Delhi, where you’ll take part in a meaningful guided experience with the Salaam Baalak Trust. Through a walking tour and centre visit, you’ll gain insight into the organisation’s work supporting street-connected children and hear powerful stories that bring the city’s social fabric into perspective. Continue onward to the atmospheric Agrasen ki Baoli, a centuries-old stepwell tucked away among the modern city streets. Next, visit the peaceful Gurdwara Bangla Sahib, one of the most important Sikh places of worship in the city. Conclude the day with the option to share a meal at the gurdwara’s community kitchen, offering a simple and meaningful communal dining experience, or return to your hotel to enjoy a relaxed afternoon at leisure.

Journey to Agra

Today, begin the journey toward Agra. En route, visit Sheroes Cafe, a meaningful social enterprise café and G Adventures supported project. Arrive in Agra and explore the historic Agra Fort, where you’ll also enjoy your first breathtaking glimpse of the Taj Mahal at sunset from within the fort’s walls.

Morning at the Taj Mahal & Journey to Sapotara

Start the day with an early visit to the iconic Taj Mahal, choosing to either experience its breathtaking beauty at sunrise or visit after breakfast at the hotel. Later, depart Agra and travel toward Ramathra Fort, your epic OMG Stay surrounded by tranquil, rural landscapes. Enjoy a peaceful boat ride on the nearby lake before gathering for an included dinner in this atmospheric fort setting.

Your OMG Day

Begin the day with a relaxed village walk around Ramathra Fort, offering an authentic glimpse into rural life, local traditions, and the surrounding countryside. Enjoy lunch at the fort before taking time to unwind with a selection of optional activities. In the evening, gather for a freshly prepared dinner, rounding off the day in this tranquil heritage setting.

Arrival in Jaipur

After checking out, journey onward to the vibrant city of Jaipur. Upon arrival, settle into your hotel before heading out to discover the famous Pink City aboard a locally guided women-led rickshaw tour, a G Adventures supported project, offering a unique perspective on Jaipur’s bustling streets, colourful bazaars, and historic atmosphere. This evening, choose to join an optional dinner in the city or return to the hotel for a relaxing night.

Pink City Discovery

Begin the day with the option to join a sunrise experience, choosing between a bicycle tour through Jaipur’s awakening streets or a hot air balloon ride over the Pink City. After breakfast, visit the magnificent hilltop Amber Fort, renowned for its impressive Rajput architecture and panoramic views, before continuing into Jaipur’s historic old city to explore the grandeur of the City Palace and the fascinating astronomical instruments of Jantar Mantar Observatory. Enjoy free time in the afternoon to relax or discover the bustling bazaars and cafés at your own pace. This evening, experience authentic Rajasthani hospitality with a home-hosted cooking demonstration and dinner.

Departure Day

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel as you soak in your final moments in the vibrant city of Jaipur. A private airport transfer will provide a comfortable and timely journey to Jaipur International Airport, where you’ll bid farewell to Rajasthan’s colorful culture, historic grandeur, and unforgettable experiences.

What are the mandatory travel insurance requirements for this trip?

Travel insurance is compulsory in order to participate on any of our trips. When travelling on a group trip, you will not be permitted to join the group until evidence of travel insurance has been sighted by your leader, who will take note of your insurance details. When selecting a travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency evacuation and repatriation. A minimum coverage of USD200,000 is required. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. Some tours include adventure activities that require extra coverage (e.g. crampon use); please review your itinerary and make sure that you are covered for all included activities. If you have credit card insurance we require proof of purchase of the trip (a receipt of credit card statement) with a credit card in your name.
